Shipping

Although we can ship to virtually any address in the world, there are restrictions on some products, and for reasons beyond our control, we may not be able to ship to all international destinations.

When placing an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

All returns must be in NEW CONDITION. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. All components, instructions and accessories must be included. We have to be able to resell the item “as new” in order to issue a credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Black Dog Cycle Works, Inc. inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria. These terms apply to sales made directly by Black Dog Cycle Works, Inc.

If a product is purchased through our dealer network, the return must be made directly through that dealer.

All returned merchandise must be in new condition and is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Any returned item may be exchanged for store credit or for any other item available. We do not charge a fee for exchanges. However, the customer pays the shipping charges both ways plus any difference in item's price. We process all returns as quickly as possible.

Expect to receive your refund within four weeks, but usually less, of when the item is returned. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (typically 5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (typically 3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (typically 5 to 10 business days).
