DESIGN NOTES
New for all HUSQVARNA NORDEN 901 STANDARD AND EXPEDITION MODELS - most Norden 901 riders are well aware that the paper thin cosmetic tank covers that come standard on the bike provides essentially ZERO protection to the fuel tanks. They look nice, but that is about as far as the benefit goes.
For REAL protection, we created serious tank guards made from the same 3/16" aluminum of our skid plates, that bolt DIRECTLY to the Black Dog Skid Plate. We can think of a more burly solution than that AND the set only weighs just over 6 pounds!
