DESIGN NOTES
Our Cylinder Guards for the new BMW R1300GS are without a doubt some of the burliest you will find. Made from 3/16" aluminum and designed to bolt directly to the stock OEM crashbars, these cylinder guards provide the Ultimate in protection for your cylinder heads. The stock covers are extremely thin and provide minimal protection - something we definitely would not trust in the backcountry.
NUTS, BOLTS AND BENEFITS
Made from 3/16" 5052 Aluminum with countersunk bolts - provides a smooth sliding surface.
Does not have protruding bolt heads that are prone to get caught up on.
Bolt directly to the stock OEM crash bars on the BMW R1300GS.
The shape conforms well to the crash bars and provides extra support for larger impacts.
Available in Silver Vein or Black Hammertone Powdercoat with an extra layer of clearcoat
